Refund policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY SNARKY HUMANS LLC
RETURN DEADLINE: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
• Items with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non returnable items.
RETURNS & REFUNDS PROCESS:
1. Initiate Return: Contact us at info@snarkyhumans.com to initiate a return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
2. Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if the refund is approved or rejected.
3. Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Note: Refunds will not be granted for products purchased from third-party platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Facebook, etc.) if their return policies differ from ours. Please review their policies before initiating a return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@snarkyhumans.com.

EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@snarkyhumans.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
SHIPPING: To return your product, please email us for instructions. We will respond within 24 hours. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strive to ensure our Shipping & Return/Refund Policy is consistent with major platforms like Amazon, TikTok, and Facebook. Please note the following:
• When purchasing through Amazon: Returns & Refunds are governed by Amazon’s Return Policy, which may differ from ours. Please review Amazon’s policy for details.
• When purchasing through TikTok Shop: Returns must be initiated through TikTok’s customer service channels according to their return guidelines.
• When purchasing through Facebook Marketplace: Returns are governed by Facebook’s policies and seller-specific guidelines.
